HELPP???

So lately I've been notices these pimple like things all over my thighs. I can pop them but I don't know what is causing them. They make my thighs look nasty with bumps and stuff all over them & it makes me not want to go out swimming! anyone have any ideas about what these could be or what causes them??

Shaving bumps or ingrown hairs. There's a shaving lotion called Cootchie that works wonders. You can find it in adult shops or if you know anyone that does adult parties. 
You may even be able to check online. It's the best!

Shaving rash or ingrown hairs. Exfoliate well before shaving and make sure to moisturizer with non dented lotion after.

Shaving bumps.. I get them a lot. Instead of shaving upwards toward your belly, shave down first then upwards. It helps a lot !
