Prenatal?

What are your favorites? I’m currently using Megafood Baby & Me 2 because I like their ingredients the most, but I’m really not a fan of the tablet form because they’re so sour going down and they make me gag.
I used Garden of Life for my last pregnancy, but now that they’re owned by Nestle (Monsanto) I don’t think I want to use them, even though I love their capsules.
What is everyone else using?

I use Zahler prenatal + dha. It has methyl-folate and is a gel capsule.

I have nutrient absorption issues due to intestinal damage so I take Pure Encapsulations Prenatal Nutrients capsules. They have most absorbable form of B vitamins and other nutrients.

Smarty pants came out with a good one! I was using garden of life but I’m going to switch to this one: 
It has omega and fish oil in it which I like because a lot of them don’t!

I use to use garden of life also.. Im 34 weeks and just fcking noticed its folic acid and not folate!!!! I recommend Naturelo

Same boat! I used Garden of Life last pregnancy but knew I couldn’t after I learned they were bought by Nestle. This time I’m taking the Megafoods Baby and Me 2, and I like it. I’m also taking a plant based DHA. I plug my nose to take all of them haha.

I use seeking health optimal prenatal. Has active forms of most vitamins - easier to absorb— especially folate and b-12. Very well balanced. Also take a fish oil DHA + EPA by Nordic naturals and mega foods blood builder for iron.

I’m sad that Garden of Life was bought out. I was going to use it for this pregnancy. I have been using Mega Food instead. I honestly haven’t done much research into other brands because Mega Food is such a good one. Sorry I can’t be more helpful!

I just use the prenatal one a days from Walmart lol

I use new chapter. I really like them. Organic, whole food based, and contains a probiotic :) only down side is you have to take 3 a day but you can take them on an empty stomach.
