BBT chart
I know the correct way to chart bbt is every morning at the same time and consistently everyday. I’m not a big bbt person so I chart at the same time on the days that I remember.
My life is pretty hectic. AF is supposed to be here tomorrow but I was looking at my chart and there is an incline. What could this mean?
