Switched to decaf?

I was a major coffee addict.. But since we starting ttc I switched to decaf , is it okay to drink decaf now I'm pregnant ? I'm trying to just have one cup a day and drink more water

I drink 1 cup of regular per day and sometimes another in the afternoon. My mom drank a pot a day when she was pregnant lol. You will be fine with decaf.

My OB told me she would rather me drink normal coffee, Decaf goes through chemical treatments to make it decaf.

I didn't do anything different but once I got pregnant I switched to decaf for the first two trimesters. Once I hit the third I was exhausted so I started doing half-caf.

I wouldn't be able to handle decaf, I need the kick and think decaf doesn't taste as good either. Do you not want to drink caffeine? Because you can ☕️mmmmmmm

Decaf is fine. My doc told me I could have two cups a day of regular 😳

You can drink regular while ttc and while pregnant. My OBGYN said one 12 oz cup a day is fine when preggers. I gave up coffee altogether from about weeks 6-16 since the taste was off putting but I'm back to drinking it again. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I was told by my OB that a cup of regular coffee a day was fine. I was terrified my heavy habit would cause me to miscarry, since I was basically living off coffee before I got pregnant, so I cut it out 100% for the first trimester, and most of the second. But now that I'm 28 weeks along, I endulge in a cup about 3 mornings a week. And the funny thing is that my little one is most calm in the mornings even when I do drink it. But she dances up a storm in there at nights!
