My first prenatal appointment

So my first ever appointment will be at 9 weeks exactly. I haven't even had blood work done for pregnancy. I was wondering what to expect. Its at a woment health center in my city as I dont have a family doctor. Will I get an ultrasound or hear the heart beat or anything?
