Lunch meat
Can anyone give me some insight on wether or not we are supposed to eat lunch/processed meat? I live off Subway, Firehouse, and Substation. But I have read many things about not eating it because of listeria. Obviously I'm not very knowledgable on this subject since this is my first pregnancy, so any insight would be wonderful! Thanks ladies!!!
