Egg retrieval

Started my injections on 8/4, all went smooth and had a great turn out. Had my retrivial on 8/15 and ended up getting 23 eggs and 17 were still growing the next day. I'm super excited, but really anxious that the number will keep dropping. We plan on doing a frozen cycle with a mock month for the ERA. But I'm still in a good amount of discomfort from the retrieval did anyone else have this problem?
