He’s going to College we’re miles away

I’m 17 and I am upset because the boy that I’m so in love with is drifting away. Of course y’all are saying that we’re young and it’s not that big of a deal, I’d say the same thing if it were about anyone else. But this boy is different. We started out as friends first,he liked me I didn’t like him and I didn’t know he liked me but he was so respectful. He would listen to these stories of how I had a crush on someone and he wouldn’t get upset about it or anything. He never tried anything with me. There would be times where he would spend the night right next to me and not try a thing. So finally I come to a realization where I’m like wtf this boy is everything I need. He’s going to college he has a job he’s responsible he’s respectful. So we start talking. But now I’m so far away he’s started college I still have a year left, and he’s starting to get annoyed because I just wanna love him and talk to him all the time I know there’s plenty of fish in the sea but I feel like there’s an extremely small amount of boys like that. And it’s almost like now that he’s got me, he doesn’t care, when we were just friends and I texted or called, he responded right away, but then we got together and he stopped.
