How to know it’s in right?

How do you know if it’s in correctly? Like if your cervix is in the the cup or not( sorry if that’s a dumb question, I don’t know where my cervix is. ). Also how do you get it suctioned once it’s in?

It’s much easier to understand if you look at some anatomy pics on google! You need to make sure the top of it is completely spread out or else you’ll get leaks. I’ve been using mine for about 6 months and I still have to use some sort of liner. It’s going to take some practice!

Pinch it like a flower versus folding it. Insert and use your finger tips to rotate it. Is should open and gravity helps. If you ever have difficulty removing it two things are happening. 1. It’s set high near the cervix. Don’t panic. Gravity will naturally move it down 2. Your flow has either slowed or close to finished. If the cup would full it would fall quicker.

Your cervix will not be in the cup. You’ll know it’s in right when it’s up as high as it will go and you don’t feel it when you’re walking.
