Not sure

For the past two months I have spotted during my period. My chest (breast) have been hurting and much larger since my last period. I have taken test and neg. My nipples are darker and reddish to add to it. None of my pants fit like they should. Does anyone else have this going on or ever have? Really need help. Doc said to test again in a week. I am sick and tired of it.
