I smoked like a pack a week up until I found out I was pregnant with my son. I quit as soon as I saw those two little lines show up on the test. For me it was easy to quit since I had a reason to besides my own health, it was also for the health of my child. I quit cold turkey and never started up again even after he was born. If you are trying to quit just make sure you are in the right mind about it and ready to quit. If you try to quit and you're not really ready or you're only doing it for someone else it's alot harder to do. Make sure you want it just as bad and are ready. Good luck :)
