Does anyone have a dream and it happen in real life

Sometimes I have a dream and later in the future it happen in real life. And soon as it happen I always think I had a dream about this one time. I freak out for a few seconds then I just go on with my day. Please tell me this happen to other people too and does anyone know why ??!!

Yes. And I hate it.. I had a nightmare that I miscarried (I was 15 weeks pregnant) well as soon as I woke up I noticed I was drenched in blood and I got up and went to bathroom, just like I had seen myself doing in my dream, and there is my tiny baby, still in the sac. Every detail that I had just seen In that stupid nightmare happened exactly the same way.
