Please tell me I’m not going crazy!!!

My husband and I were ttc for 16 months and now my period is 3 days late... I have been taking daily vitamins but they are not prenatal vitamins & my pee has like a slight green tint to it... is that normal? Also, my discharge has noticeably turned slightly yellow... Am I crazy or is something happening to me? Am I sick? Someone please tell me they know where I’m coming from!!!!
