I went to the doc for a vaginal ultra sound to make sure I didn't have a cyst on my ovaries. I skipped a period and am hoping to become pregnant. But the last three tests have came out negative and about a month ago my HCG level was really low.  Could it have changed a month later?  Also I've started to have light spotting only when I wipe. I still don't feel any period symptoms even tho I'm spotting.  I would hate to have skipped a period and not be pregnant. I think the light spotting is from the ultrasound it was vaginal and kinda uncomfortable
