Okay, I know this sounds weird, but hear me out. If you really need to go and can’t (like it’s there, but not coming out...oh my gosh, I never talk like this!) cover your fingers in some toilet paper and reach down to press on your perineum. The same truck is used by doctors and midwives to help push out your baby, and it can really help! 🙈

Try a hot coffee as soon as you wake up. It may be the last thing you feel like having but it's the only thing thats a guaranteed help for me. Has to be as soon as you wake up though while your bodies still waking up. If your suffering anything like me from those blimming pregnancy vitamins you'll try anything x x

It’s so bad. I know. I ate some Cheerios and took a gas x and finally pooped last week.

It’s gotten so bad I’m going to try an enema this week and I can’t wait. It’s a weird thing to be excited about but I just can’t go on. All the other alternatives HAVE BOT WORKED, so enema it is!!!
