Anxiety about scan tomorrow...

Having crazy anxiety about my NT scan tomorrow morning. Currently 12 weeks and saw baby at 7 weeks with a heartbeat.. last winter had a miscarriage and found out at 10 weeks that it was a blighted ovum (at the ultrasound office). Anyone else had the paranoia that they’ll get the news their baby is dead!? I’m not even worried about a bad NT scan result, just that the baby didn’t survive!
