Depends on how much yeast I have, if it's extensive then about 2 days, if not, I usually feel the difference in about 24 hours.

You should start to feel better between 24 and 48 hours after you take the Flucanozole. I usually get prescribed two doses, one to take exactly a week after the first dose if I am still having symptoms, but I never need it. The first pill usually does the trick. Do remember that this is an oral antibiotic, so it will interfere with hormonal birth control pills. Be sure to use a backup birth control method (like condoms) if you aren't ready to become pregnant! I cannot speak about Terconazole, because I have never personally used it. I've only used the fluconazole and I swear by that pill. My doctor gives me two and I never need the second one. I notice minor difference in a few hours but a total improvement in 24 hours. I will never use any creams or inserts ever again!
