I have had this mole on my back for couple years i think but all pf a sudden its
 a redish colour ? Anyone think it looks abnormal ?

It doesn't look like a smooth oval or circle. I would get it checked. If it becomes bigger, more bumpy or multicolor definitely get it checked.

I would get it checked asap. If it's cancerous and caught early they can just cut it off & normally no other further treatment is needed. I've had 3 taken off & all is well :) just don't wait too long!
