Irresistible touch

Usually I’m tough and have thick skin for guys especially one night stands. But this one..... a couple weeks ago I met him at a kick back. He was so shy and independent that I was surprised that the night ended up us fooling around. Didn’t do the deed because we didn’t have a condom yet he wanted to do pull out NO WAY 🙄 anyways he gave me the best head EVER, I didn’t even go down on him and he said it was okay 🤷🏻‍♀️ I miss his touch and his kisses and every bit of it..... we talked the next day but that’s it. I’m usually cool with it and move on. BUT his touch was irresistible. Should I hit him up or just let it go? But I don’t want to come off easy if anything I would want more. Thoughts???
