Is it okay? I have been using it to help with my neck and shoulder pain, but my SO has brought it to my attention that it has a pregnancy and breast feeding warning on it.

My chiro stopped using it on me when I told him I was pregnant.   I have lots of neck and shoulder pain and have used it for years. I thought it was going to be difficult but I'm now 25 weeks and have had no issues not using it.
