No period on bc

Last month I started my period a few days early (before the placebo pills) and due to vacation I started the new pack early to skip the heaviest part of my period. This month, when I got to the placebo pills, I didn't have my period. It's now been over a week and still nothing. I'm wondering if my cycle is off because I skipped the placebo week last month. I take my pill the same time every day with an alarm set but I know it's still possible to get pregnant on the pill. Should I test?
