Yes its normal in the sense that it happens a lot. The anus wasnt made for sex which means it usually takes a lot of work to do it right, which a lot of people dont really. Keep it clean because you dont want it getting infected and fecal matter is teeming with harmful bacteria you dont want getting in your bloodstream
