So today is the day that I come off of birth control pills.  I've been on them for almost 10 years.  I am going to use n-9 (spermicide) as a no hormone birth control until sept.  I am a little freaked out about not taking it anymore, just because it's been so long of taking it every day at the same time.  Can you girls give me some reassurance and stories (bad and good) of what you experienced after you stopped taking BC pills?
