Morning sickness...?

Strange question here...I've been feeling like I'm going to throw up. I havnt yet but I get that hacking feeling just before. But I don't feel "sick". Is that morning sickness? Feeling fine, but about to throw up? 
I've never been preggo before and I'm 2 days late (BFN yesterday). So I just don't know if this is morning sickness or not...

Actually symptoms of being pregnant can show up as soon as implantation occurs between 6 and 12 DPO. I usually get nausea right before I get my period, it's a PMS symptom for me.

If your only 2 days late then it's highly unlikely to be morning sickness. Usually that starts around 6-8 weeks when you HCG levels are very high
