Jack Phillips vs. Sarah Sanders

Jack Phillips is the Colorado baker who recently won the Supreme Court case that said he was within his rights to refuse to make a cake for a same sex wedding. He recently has again refused to make a cake, this time for a gender transition party. He is again facing backlash from numerous people including Planned Parenthood.

The article I was reading likened Phillips’ decision to the Red Hen’s decision a little while ago to refuse to serve Sarah Sanders because she worked for Trump. The article argued that since it was acceptable for the restaurant to refuse Sanders based on political beliefs, it should be acceptable to refuse based on religious beliefs.
