Just found out I'm about 6 weeks pregnant! I've had PCOS for over 10 years and always thought that getting pregnant wasn't a option. My bf and I weren't even trying I was actually in the process of losing some weight so I could get weight loss surgery and I guess me losing some of my own weight helped... I'm a little scared and excited at the same time. Any advice for a first timer???
