A squirting mess!

I am a squirter. Anytime my I get head I squirt so much. I don’t have an issue with it besides the mess. The sheets get soaked and it isn’t great when you have to pre plan and lay several towels down just to get head. Is there a way to prevent the mess or easily clean up?
