postpartum stomach pain

I'm 6 weeks postpartum (c section) and my bleeding from birth hasn't stopped. 5 days ago I started feeling some period like symptoms. Bloating, cramps, restless legs. 2 days ago I started having pain on my lower right side of my stomach, above my hip. It was painful to walk around and get up from sitting and since then has gradually gotten more painful. I cant sit up in bed without it hurting, last night I went to pee and it was hurting. Anyone else experience this?
