I have a 6year old daughter and just recently had my first miscarriage July 3rd I was 8 weeks and a day pregnant.

I was beyond devastated and now feeling not whole.(if that makes sense.

Accordingly to this app I’m in my ovulation time period 17-22 (and we’ve been busy trust me lol) I’ve made up my mind that I’m definitely going to try again.

I’m feeling so nervous/ anxious.

I’m scared that it’ll happen again

I’m scared maybe not waiting and giving myself more time will effect anything.

Has anyone been through a recent miscarriage and is trying again right after??
