DRAGON FRUIT DURING PREGNANCY?

I have been craving dragon fruit and I am 19 weeks pregnant, do any of U eat it at all? Is it safe? I read about it and it says it is but it’s filled with a lot of black seeds so I am not sure and I don’t see my doctor until next week.

Yes it’s safe! There’s nothing wrong with eating seeds.

Nothing unsafe about the majority of fruit, especially dragon fruit. You’re fine. Unless you eat about 50 in one go, but I’m hoping that’s unlikely
