should i say something?

So im sitting at starbucks just taking a quick break, and i overhear this woman talking about another pregnant woman. From what i can make out, theyre classmates. Woman A( the lady i hear talking) Woman B (the lady shes talking about)

As ive said they seem to be classmates. A brought up B to her friend expressing her "concerns" about woman B becoming pregnant 10 months b4 the Bar exam. Woman A then proceeds to say how she feels ita stupid of her to get pregnant "i dont understand why u would get pregnant 10 months b4 the bar, like u do realize u could have messed your life up" (her exact words, and exactly what caught my attention. Even as im writing this shes still talking shit.

We have all discussed when its appropriate to get pregnant, so this isnt about that. Its more of a "wwyd" type situation had u over heard a convo like this. I really want to say something. But i feel as though id be very hypocritical in telling some random to mind her own even though im the one listening in on her convo.

I guess it just bothers me a bit. So this is a bit of a rant, but to make it "controversial" ill ask if me speaking up is an appropriate thing to do?
