Help so confused

I recently posted that my last fee periods where only lasting 1 day it was suggested I test which I have there was a negative in the control panel but nothing in the result window no plus no minus but I was assuming not pregnant . Woke up today very sick to my stomach and now I'm second guessing everything is a negative in the control window with nothing in the result window a no or something u should retest for
