Pelvic pain?

Question

I think I'm experiencing pelvic pain, only seems to happen when I'm in bed and i can really feel it when I move around in bed or when I get up in the morning. The pain is low on my "bikini line" area ... Is anyone else feeling pain there? I guess I thought pelvic pain would feel higher.

Ps any tips on relieving?!

I've had it for quite a while, but it'll go away after baby is born. When I roll over or get out of bed, I try to keep my knees together. That seems to help a lot with the moving around.

The way your describing I have the same thing. My midwife said it's called symphysis pubic dysfunction. Drinking lots of water, trying not to over do it. Keeping your legs together, when putting pants on sit down. Etc. I bought a support belt at babies r us that helps a lot, it's a double, so it supports your front and back. Takes the weight of your belly off your pelvis/pubic bone, also your back. It definitely is a horrible pain. Hope you get some relief soon!

If you don't have one, try a pregnancy pillow and a support belt. I had the same issues with my first pregnancy. It was miserable. I remember it took me a few weeks after giving birth for it to completely go away. Hang in there.
