I can't as we make too much money, even if my husband was the only income. And that's why we aren't TTC yet, we make too much for government assistance, but not enough to have a baby, isn't that the pits of being lower middle class? 😠 why I must put my dreams on hold to prevent going bankrupt is beyond me, but that's how it is currently.

You can freeze the milk! It taste the same. Just put it in fridge a few days before you run out of your other gallon!

We're on WIC! Saves us around $80/month and that's a big help.
Our office did say, too, that you don't have to get everything on the checks. The money doesn't 'disappear' but stays in the program. I had to ask because a cashier actually complained to me that WIC was wasting HER [tax] money because people don't use the whole check! *eye roll*

My son is two we don't get milk because he is still on formula he has allergies but it helps out a lot seriously his formula is like 600$ a month  so it's a big help

I'm a vegan but I don't like soy milk so I give the cow milk to my family members

I am on wic and I must say they don't let you ever run out of milk. I give away the juice bc it gives me heartburn so bad lol

Can you make to much to qualify for wic?
My husband is the only income and I know he makes to much for food stamps. He makes right at 20 an hour.

I had it with my daughter and she is just like me (lactose intolerant) we both can have a small amount of 2% without getting sick so it helped us out! We used almost everything except the evap milk/powder milk. That got gave to people I knew could use it
