When did you start producing milk?

I am currently 32 weeks and my boobs haven't changed. 
Well my nipples are darker and bigger but that's it!!! My boobs aren't any larger.. in fact they almost look deflated 🤔 
When will my boobs start to fill with milk for this baby? When did you start to produce milk? I am getting nervous I wont produce.

Your milk doesn’t come in until a couple of days after birth, the placenta detaching from your uterus is what triggers the hormone for the milk

I noticed yellow / orange colostrum leaking from my nipples probably about 2 weeks ago ( I’m 38+4) the other night my boobs were literally pouring milk :S Woke up with it dried in all over my arms!! I’ve heard some people leak there whole pregnancy and others not at all til after baby is born.

Your milk typically won’t come in until 2-3 days after having your baby. In the beginning you’ll produce colostrum, which is all the baby needs. 
I nursed my first for 15 months and never experienced leaking during pregnancy/while nursing. So don’t take it as a bad sign if you don’t start leaking.  You may be able to hand express a drop or so if colostrum now if you tried, though there’s really no point 🤷🏻‍♀️  when my first was a newborn he nursed quite often and I never really noticed when my milk officially came in.

I didn’t notice until the day I delivered and he nursed. It wasn’t even the regular milk yet but the kind they need to begin with. Regular milk took a couple days.
