A friend of mine has been experiencing bleeding. Her last period was July 1 and she discovered she was pregnant. On August 7 she told me she had a miscarriage and she would have been around 5-6 weeks. She was experiencing large clots and bright red bleeding. Within the next couple of days her symptoms had stopped. Thinking she had lost this pregnancy she was confused as to why she started having pregnancy symptoms again so she took a test and it turned up positive. She is having brown spotting too like at the end of a period. Just to be sure she took a few HPT and all were positive. She went to the doctor to get a blood test and they told her her hCG levels were where they should be for a 7 week pregnancy. Now she needs to go back in a couple of days to see if the levels are increasing. Has anyone else experienced this or something similar or have any insight?
