HELP! Nervous about a gender mix up!

So when my friend was pregnant they told her it was a boy all the way through her pregnancy until she gave birth to a baby girl! Yup it was a girl the whole time! Now I'm worried as they tell me I'm having a boy and don't want the same thing to happen to me!! These pictures show pretty clear there is something there but the first one I think it looks a little big to be a baby's penis and I'm worried it's actually the cord! What does everyone else think?
