18 month sleep regression
Any tips for getting through the 18 month sleep regression? We've been giving Tylenol before bed for her molars coming in, but wakes up and cries for like an hour every night around midnight. Refuses food, milk, teething ring. Just screams and thrashes around. Doesn't want to be held or read to. Nothing seems to console her. ☹️
