First u/s at 5w6d

I'm pregnant with PCOS. I had a scan of my ovaries 3 months ago and they with were laced with cysts. After being on metformin for like 2-3 months I conceived naturally. Today I go in for my first u/s at 5w6d. I'm nervous. I had already one miscarriage and we've been trying for over a year. I am expecting bad news... maybe it is not the way to be, but PCOS is complicated... Anyway, I don't want to ramble. Any feedback or comments would be so much appreciated.
