Letrozole 2.5mg THREE times a day for SEVEN DAYS?!?!

My doctor just prescribed me Letrozole 2.5 mg tablets by mouth THREE (3) times per day for SEVEN (7) days and Novarel 5,000 HCG Vial. Has anyone else done this before?

I was told to take all of my letrozole at once a month three tablets I also do the HCG chat but I'm being monitored the entire time I was on letrozole for 5 days and I already had 4 follicles that were ready and I had about 15 that they did not want to get any bigger there's a higher chance of multiples with femara that's why my doctor monitors me. I really do not want to have 10 babies all at once
