First doc appointment at 7 weeks??

Hey ladies! So far I've only confirmed pregnancy from taking 2 at home tests. ( both positive- one of 7/23 and one on 7/24) When I called the doc she scheduled me for 8/7 which would put me around 7 weeks. Is it ok to wait that long? First timer here! Lol

A lot of doctors won't see you until 12 weeks for your first unless you're having issues so that's good!

I phoned my doctor and they don't see pregnant ladies now ,I have self book myself Ito the midwife unit at the hospital !which I'm gonna have to be stealthy about because a lot of my family work in the hospital and they don't know yet 😂

My doctor is having me come in tomorrow at 4w4d, but I have also had 1 MC last October. So maybe that is why.

Yes, totally normal! My doc also wouldn't see me before 7 weeks. It's hard to wait, but nothing to worry about 😄
