What does a BFP chart look like ?

Temping is making me crazy . I can test 3x in a row and each temp will be off a few tenths of a degree . Idk , I'm about to throw in the towel with all this charting crap and rely on cm. Blahh. If u have a chart that shows what it's actually supposed to look like , that would be great .

Try checking the fertility friend chart gallery! You can set up a filter to show all different kinds of charts. Lots of examples, and you'll see a tonne of variation within all if the 'pregnant' charts for example. It's really challenging when you first start charting, but after a while you'll begin to see your 'normal'.

You have to temp first thing in the morning, don't even move from bed, as any movement can change your body temperature . Maybe that's why you are getting different temperature every time.  Hope it helps ;)
