Period cramps or implantation cramps ?

Anyone have any experiences in deciphering between the two ? I’m currently 8dpo. My boobs are feeling heavy and fuller. But I’m having this very dull crampy feeling in my lower abdomen. My period cramps tend to be intense so I’m hoping it could be implantation !

With my daughter i had implantation cramps for a whole week and hurt on both sides felt just like af was coming on. So it would be hard to tell unless you take a test

I had slight cramps in the two week wait - more pinchy than period cramps. Sharper and in one spot as opposed to my period cramps which just hurt badly everywhere.
