What can this be ??? Chicken pox ??

My l.o got sick Monday afternoon her doctor said it was a viral infection in her thoart but I just realized she had these bumps yesterday on her thigh ??  She’s never broken out like this

My daughter just had something like this 2 days ago. It went from her knee up into her butt. The Ped said it was an allergic reaction and had us give her two doses of half of a tsp of Benadryl. It cleared up now, just some scratches from where she was itching it so much. 
Also, she’ll get one of two bumps every once in a while that turn bright red and then disappear after 15(ish) minutes. The Ped said those are related(an allergic reaction to something), but not to give any Benadryl for those. 
We can’t figure out what the reaction was from, she had been wearing pants all day, took them off for a diaper change before a bath, she had nothing on her leg. We played in her room for a bit and all of a sudden it was everywhere. We didn’t introduce her to anything new, or have her in a new environment. No idea at all what could have caused it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Is that both the same spot? Try hydrocortisone,  and see how it is in the Am.
