Hi guys , I am so devastated right now . Found out I have pcos after 2 years of telling them my symptoms and my doctors ignoring it . I already have a 4 year old but we have been trying the last year to have a baby but it just wasn’t happening. Don’t really know what to do now doctor said lose weight . Has anyone got pregnant after being diagnosed this what can I do to treat it ..

I have pcos and am pregnant with my first child. 
To address the weight loss- i did the ketosis diet while i was trying to get pregnant and lost about 30 lbs, I got pregnant on the second try!
For pregnancy- I used letrazole to get follicles to grow and ovidrel trigger shot to trigger ovulation and inseminated 36 hrs after trigger shot. (I got pregnant via IUI)
I would talk to your doctor and see if he/she thinks that is a good route for you.
Some women with pcos use clomid, but there have been studies that say letrazole works better for women with pcos.
The good news is that you have gotten pregnant before, so you are capable of getting pregnant again! You might just need some help ovulating. 
Ever since I was diagnosed with pcos, my biggest fear was that I wouldn't ever be able to get pregnant. But with the help of letrazole and ovidrel! I also think the ketosis diet losing ther weight did factor into the success as well.
