My boyfriend&bestfriend hate eachother.

So here's the backround, I've known my best friend for 7 years, we met in our freshman year of highschool& instantly bonded, although lately we've been drifting a little bit more throughout the years&since she moved out of state. &I've been with my boyfriend for just over a year& we live together& I have no doubt in my mind we will be getting married in a few years from now, this is the man I want to spend my life with.

Basically they hate eachother because they both think the other one is sexist. It started with my boyfriend posting on Facebook that according to the bible(his interpretation of the bible anyways) men should lead a relationship& women should follow&he didn't mean that in an offensive way at all, that just so happens to be how him& I have agreed for our relationship to be. It's like the saying "who wears the pants in the relationship?". I don't find it at all sexist how we choose to live our lives based off what we believe. Well that's what started it about 4 months ago. Then the other day my boyfriend posted a video that some girl posted breaking down feminism& how not many people know what it actually is&my boyfriend decided to tag my bestfriend in it saying "since you already think I'm sexist lmao" &my bestfriend commented on it saying how she does indeed think he is sexist& how I deserve better& how he's an asshole& that she will never support our relationship,&then told him to go fuck himself, which was all completely uncalled for as my boyfriend never name called her or told her anything but straight facts& nothing at all mean.

Now, I honestly don't know what to do, she is now mad at me for not defending her against my boyfriend but honestly he did nothing wrong so I shouldn't have to defend her because he was not being disrespectful. My boyfriend also got mad at me for not defending him at first& trying to stay out of it, since she was being so disrespectful. I then defended my boyfriend& told my bestfriend that her rude words were uncalled for.

My boyfriend told me I can still talk to her if I want but he doesn't support my friendship with her& will never be around her& doesn't want to hear about her at all. I'm not sure what to do, If I should try to fix my friendship with her or if I should just end it& move on with my life. I need all the advice I can get, thank you all!
