I'm 7 DPO, too early to test, don't usually obsess over possibly pregnancy signs, don't get my hopes up, TTC for almost 3 years

Around 1:30 pm est today (2 hours before current post), I started feeling dizzy, couldn't walk straight, thought maybe since i hadn't eaten, so had a sandwich

Is not going away! I'm sitting/reclining and head feels swoony just looking left or right. Feeling like you do when you spin around and around really fast then try to stand still.

Gets worse if I do anything besides sit or stand fairly straight without really moving. Leaning slightly forward or back causes the room to spin severely.

Mildly nauseous and head feels heavy.

Wth is going on?!
