What did everyone use to help them conceive as been trying so long and am starting to lose hope!!

What didn't we try! Prenatal vitamins, preseed, baby aspirin, cough medicine with guaifesein in, macca powder, inositol tablets, opks, after ttc fur 2 years dr put me on clomid aswell!

Stopped trusting this app and used OPKs to track ovulation (the clear blue brand testing with FMU only). Turns out ovulation was 5 days different than app predicted. First had a chemical and second month using them got pregnant. Bought preseed for the next cycle, but was already pregnant

what have you tried? do you or your partner have any issues that make it more difficult to conceive?
this list is good for anyone, but if you or partner have specific issues there may be other things.
-prenatal with methylfolate instead of regular folic acid 
-healthy diet low in sugar and high in vegetables and healthy fats 
-being at a healthy weight
-regular physical activity, at least 150 mins per week 
-ovulation tracking with OPK or temps or both
