Right side vagina pain ?

Ive been having this since 3 days ! I'm not sure what to think of it or what it is  I also get pressure with it and I get butt cramps ? Anyone know what this is ?

I have that in my left side it's so weird I don't feel it on the inside though, it's like my vag is bruised I'm so nervous because I want to do this natural and my thing it's already hurting

Could be a varicose vein in your labia if that is where the cramping is. If you feel like it's inside your vagina, it may have to do with preparing for labor with cervical change. The other possibility is ligament stretching or laxity in pubic rami etc making more room.
