I’m 3 weeks and something days pregnant and made an appointment ASAP with my high risk obgyn. I went to the doctor yesterday and they didn’t see anything on my ultrasound (transvaginal) and I started spotting which is how my miscarriages normally start. Am I most likely having a miscarriage? This will be my 4th miscarriage the bleeding stopped but I’m scared it’s gonna come back. Also is it normal to not see anything with a transvaginal ultrasound at almost 4 weeks?
